  2. 1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using School Daily (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.

    School Daily is a web-based tool that securely connects to your Gmail account (with your permission) to summarise school-related emails and automatically sync relevant events to your calendar. The Service is designed to improve your ability to stay informed about school updates.

  4. 3. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old to use School Daily. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  5. 4. User Accounts and Security

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

  6. 5. Privacy and Data Use

    Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how it is used. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described there.

    We only access your Gmail data with your explicit permission via Google's secure OAuth system. We do not sell or share your data.

  7. 6. Account Deletion and Revoking Access

    You can revoke School Daily’s access to your Gmail account at any time via:

    You can also delete your account and all associated data by logging into your dashboard at https://schooldaily.email and navigating to Settings > Delete My Account.

    Once deleted, your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

  8. 7. Modifications to the Service

    We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) with or without notice. We will aim to provide notice of significant changes, but we are not obligated to do so.

  9. 8. Limitation of Liability

    School Daily is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. School Window Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

  10. 9. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
